When is my order delivered?

Depending on what shipping method you chose at Checkout, your package will arrive according to you selection. These are the delivery times within Sweden:

  • Gratis Frakt Sverige och Frakt Sverige: is shipped with Postnord, and arrives in your mailbox if your products fit in a small box (for example one pantyhose). If you ordered more than one product (bigger box), you will get a mail from Postnord when your package is ready for pickup at your Postoffice.
    The shipping delivery time: 3-6 business days.

How do I edit my order?

How do I return a product?

To return a product, please email contact@1800hosiery.com, and reference your order number in your email and then return the product. Refunds will be made in the same payment method as the payment method selected when purchased.

Since this is underwear, no returns are accepted for products with a broken seal.
