When is my order delivered?

Depending on what shipping method you chose at Checkout, your package will arrive according to you selection.

The delivery times within Sweden are 2-3 business days.

INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT
What payment methods are available? 

  • Visa, MasterCard and American Express
  • PayPal
  • Klarna invoice "Få först. Betala sen." 
  • Klarna instalment "Dela upp." 

    If American Express payment do not work: Note that the security number for American Express are the 4 numbers on the front of the card, and not on the back as with other cards.

    How do I edit my order?

    How do I return a product?

    To return a product, email contact@1800hosiery.com within 14 days from your delivery date. Reference your order number in your email.

    Return the product within 14 days from the date your email about the return was sent, and send the shipping-ID for your return package to contact@1800hosiery.com.

    Refunds will be made in the same payment method as the payment method selected when purchased.

    For underwear (pantyhose and knee highs), no returns are accepted for products with a broken seal.
