Right of withdrawal and returns


Withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw your purchase or exchange your product by submitting or sending notice thereof to Studio 1800 within 14 days of the date on which you have received the product.
Please send the notification to our e-mail: contact@1800hosiery.com.
We will send you a confirmation upon receiving your notice. Please always refer to your order number in you communication with us. 


Refund relating to the right of withdrawal

If you choose to withdraw your purchase, Studio 1800 will issue a refund of the amount paid to Studio 1800 including the shipping cost you have paid for the delivery from Studio 1800 to you.
The shipping fee refunded will be according to the first choice original shipping fee. Studio 1800 will pay the refund within 14 days of the date on which we have received your notice of withdrawal, under the condition that Studio 1800 has received the product/s from you.
The refund is made using the same payment method you used at the purchase.

Please note that Studio 1800 only issues a full refund if the product/s is in the same conditions as at the time of delivery, including that the item can not be torn, have spots or have a bad smell (for example smell of sweat or perfume is not acceptable) when they are returned. 
Regarding underwear by 1800 Hosiery, Studio 1800 does not accept withdrawals or returns of used products or opened packages, based on hygiene.
To make an accepted withdrawal or return, the seal must still be sealed. For products in a black box, the seal is the black sticker on the plastic cover, and for knee highs the seal is that the package is glued together at the opening. Thus, Studio 1800 then has the right to withhold such amount of the refund. To avoid a deduction, please make sure the product you wish to refund is in the exact same condition as when you received them, with tag and seal still attached.


Exchanges

Purchased products are exchangeable into a different size and color. All exchanges are based on stock availability. If you have exchanged a product, Studio 1800 will pay the shipping costs for the new product.

Please note that sale products are non-exchangeable.

Shipping costs for return of the products

For withdrawal and exchange returns: the costumer is responsible for the shipping cost for returning the products to Studio 1800.


Returning the products

Upon your withdrawal or exchange of your purchase, please return the product/s as soon as reasonably practicable but no later than 14 days after sending your notice. Send us a notification via email of the tracking number of the package when it is sent.


Damaged Goods

If the package is damaged upon arrival: notify the delivery company and return the package to us. We send a new product free of charge when we have received the damaged product, or full refund for the product including the shipping fee.


If product is damaged when opened at arrival: contact us at contact@1800hosiery.com, and we will send you a free return-shipping-document. We send a new product free of charge when we have received the damaged product, or full refund for the product including the shipping fee.
