Order
Garments made according to your specified measurements are individually produced for each order. Minor variations may therefore occur.
The finished garments may vary by up to ±1 cm from the specified measurements, depending on the material properties, construction, and production process. This variation is normal for made-to-measure garments and is not considered a defect.
Delivery Time
Garments produced based on your selected measurements require the creation of a unique pattern. Therefore, production takes longer than for standard products. The delivery time for each garment is stated on the respective product page.
Returns & Cancellation Rights
Garments made according to your personal choices – such as measurements, colours, or other customisations – are considered custom orders.
For these orders, a unique pattern is created, materials are prepared, and the garment is produced specifically for you. In accordance with distance selling regulations, these products are not eligible for returns or cancellations.
This is in line with regulations where exceptions apply to goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
