Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms”) apply between you and Studio 1800 (hereinafter: “Studio 1800”; also referred to as “we”, “us”) and govern all use of and orders placed on Studio 1800’s website, studio1800.se, as well as orders placed via phone, email, or live chat with Studio 1800’s customer service (together hereinafter: the “Website”).
Please note that Studio 1800 does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or available for purchase. Studio 1800 reserves the right to discontinue any product. Studio 1800 reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time. The date of the latest update can be found in the final section of these Terms. Users are responsible for staying informed about such changes.
Please note that the Terms applicable to your order are always those in effect at the time your order is placed, not any later version. You should save a copy of these Terms for future reference.
My Account
When you place an order on studio1800.se, an account is created in our customer management system. The only information stored is the information you provide during checkout, such as delivery address, billing address and email address.
If you create an account yourself, you may choose a password that allows you to log in, view your order history and track your orders. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at contact@studio1800.se
If you create an account, you may also choose to save a credit card for future purchases. All information related to saved credit cards can be edited or removed when you log in to your account.
Placing an Order
By using the Website and/or placing an order via the Website, phone, email or live chat, you confirm that you have read the Terms and the Privacy Policy and that you accept them.
Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review your selections, the information provided, the total price of your order, and correct any errors.
Please note that products in your shopping cart are not reserved, and may be purchased by other customers until you complete your order at checkout and receive an order confirmation via email.
In the event of prolonged inactivity, your connection to the Website may be interrupted, and your selected items may be lost. If so, you will need to add the items to your cart again.
Order Confirmation
After submitting your order, we will send you an email confirmation containing details of the products you have ordered and your payment information.
Please note that this confirmation email is only an acknowledgment that we have received your order — it does not constitute acceptance of the order.
Shipping Confirmation
All orders placed by you are subject to our approval. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason, without liability to you.
When your order has been packed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent containing all relevant information. The shipping confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order.
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible via phone or email. If payment has already been received, we will refund the full amount.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are shipped on the delivery date specified on the product page and at checkout at the time of purchase.
The time it takes for the order to arrive at your address (after dispatch) depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Custom-Made Garments orders that include made-to-measure garments
Garments produced according to the measurements provided by the customer are individually made for each order. Minor variations may therefore occur.
The finished garment may vary by up to ±1 cm from the specified measurements due to the properties of the material, sewing, and the manufacturing process.
Such variation is considered normal for made-to-measure garments and does not constitute a defect.
Colours
Studio 1800 aims to describe products on the Website as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen colour settings, the colours displayed on the Website may differ slightly from the actual product colours.
Studio 1800 cannot be held responsible for such differences.
Prices
All prices and delivery charges displayed on the Website include VAT. Prices and delivery charges on the Website may vary over time, and Studio 1800 is not bound by the displayed price until the order has been accepted and a shipping confirmation has been sent.
Prices may also differ between physical stores and the Website.
If you place an order and the price changes before we have accepted it (by sending a shipping confirmation), we will notify you of the price change via email and give you the option to place a new order at the updated price or cancel the existing order.
If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled.
Studio 1800 reserves the right to cancel any order before acceptance. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded.
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout together with the available shipping options.
Delivery and Shipping Methods
Many of our garments are made after your order has been placed. This allows each piece to be produced with great care and precision. Delivery times may therefore vary depending on the product.
Delivery Times
If your order contains products with different delivery times, the entire order will be shipped together based on the product with the longest production time. If you would like to receive certain items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders according to each product’s delivery time.
Ready-to-Ship Products
Orders are shipped the next business day after the order has been placed.
Products with Short Production Time
Orders are shipped within 1 week after the order has been placed.
Made-to-Order Garments
Orders are shipped within 2 weeks after the order has been placed.
More Advanced Made-to-Order Garments
Orders are shipped within 3 weeks after the order has been placed.
Custom-Made Garments & Products with Custom Pattern Construction
For certain garments, a custom pattern is created based on the customer’s selection before the garment is produced. These orders are shipped within 3–6 weeks after the order has been placed.
Shipping Methods
We offer different shipping methods, which are specified at checkout. Please note that the shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and begin from the date the order is shipped. Delivery times do not account for potential delays due to payment authorization and/or stock availability.
Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, your order will be delivered to your nearest pickup point, a parcel locker, or directly to your mailbox. A delivery notification will be sent via SMS/email/mail when your package is ready for pickup or delivery. Orders can be tracked on the website by logging into "My Account".
Examples of shipping methods within Sweden:
- Varubrev: Delivered to your mailbox or to a pickup point if the package does not fit.
- Parcel Locker: Delivered to the nearest PostNord parcel locker. To collect the parcel, the recipient must use the PostNord App and Mobile BankID for secure identification.
- MyPack Home: Fully trackable via the PostNord App or website. The recipient is notified via SMS, email, or the PostNord App when the package has been delivered. If it does not fit in the mailbox, it will be redirected to the nearest pickup point.
- Pickup Point (Ombud): The package can be tracked until collected. The recipient is notified via SMS, email, or the PostNord App when the parcel is ready for pickup at the selected location. Saturday delivery is available.
Shipping Option “Standard Letter with Stamps” (PostNord):
These shipments are not trackable (no tracking ID) and are not insured. This means that Studio 1800 is not responsible for delivery. If the letter is lost during shipping, Studio 1800 is not obligated to take any action. This shipping option is intended for customers who prefer standard letter mail.
Where is the order shipped from?
Orders are packed and shipped from Södermalm, Stockholm, Sweden.
Delivery Addresses Outside the EU
Customs & Import Duties
Please note that customs duties, VAT, and possible import fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU. These costs are paid by the recipient and are regulated according to the destination country’s regulations. Studio 1800 is not responsible for local customs charges.
Return Policy – 30 Days
We offer a 30-day return and cancellation period starting from the day your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return or cancellation, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unwashed, odour-free, clean, with all tags, seals, and labels intact, and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost back to Studio 1800. For orders with a delivery address within Sweden, this cost is 59 SEK, which is deducted from the refund amount.
Returns – Nylon Hosiery
For returns of knee-highs, the product must remain in its sealed, unopened packaging.
For returns of tights, they must remain in their sealed, unopened packaging with the seal intact. The seal is the black sticker with the white 1800 logo.
Returns – Swimwear
For swimwear returns, the hygiene seal must be intact and clearly show that the garment is unused.
The hygiene seal on swimwear with a crotch is the white adhesive label with the 1800 logo placed in and around the crotch area.
The hygiene seal on swimwear without a crotch is the white adhesive label with the 1800 logo placed on the inside of the garment.
Returns from Addresses Within Sweden
To start a return, please contact us at contact@studio1800.se
If your return is approved, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
For return shipping within Sweden, a cost of 59 SEK applies and will be deducted from your refund.
Returns sent to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Please send the item(s) back as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than 14 days after emailing us about the return.
Returns from Addresses Outside Sweden
To start a return, please contact us at contact@studio1800.se
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on where to send the package.
Customers outside Sweden are responsible for arranging, paying for, and carrying out the shipping of the return back to Studio 1800.
Please send the item(s) back as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than 14 days after emailing us about the return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is wrong—if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
Exchanges
The quickest and most efficient way to make an exchange is to return the item you have and place a new order for the item you want instead.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method the same business day.
Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund, so the funds may take a few days to appear in your account.

Studio 1800’s Liability
Studio 1800’s liability to you is limited to these Terms unless otherwise required by law.
Studio 1800 is under no circumstances liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit, or for force majeure events such as war, civil war, revolution, riots, governmental actions, strikes, lockouts, blockades, power outages, telecommunication failures, natural disasters or similar events.
Studio 1800’s liability shall never exceed the total purchase amount of the specific order concerned.
In the case of a force majeure event, Studio 1800’s obligations will be suspended. The agreement between you and Studio 1800 may, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by either party.
Privacy Policy
Does Studio 1800 share your personal information with others?
We share contact details with third parties when this is necessary to complete purchases and deliver orders, to maintain our website, manage our database, distribute emails and provide customer communication, Studio 1800 has agreements with selected third parties, including Shopify, which hosts our online shop, and Google Analytics, which provides Studio 1800 with information about the website’s usability.
What information does Studio 1800 collect?
Studio 1800 collects the details you enter on the website when placing an order. The website uses “cookies” (as described below) and tracks IP addresses so that we can improve our services and enhance your experience. Studio 1800 does not collect or store any credit card information from our online customers.
How does Studio 1800 use the information you provide on the website?
Information such as name, address, email and telephone number is used to deliver your orders. Your email address is used for newsletters if you have given your consent. Otherwise, we may use the information you provide only to review our performance in Google Analytics in order to improve our services.
Edit, delete or request your information
You may request a copy of the information Studio 1800 has stored about you, and you may ask for this information to be corrected or deleted. Please contact contact@studio1800.se with your request. Studio 1800 has access to your information for up to 12 months after your most recent purchase. You can opt out of receiving newsletters by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by emailing us at contact@studio1800.se
Security
We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard for transmitting information, to process your orders. Our online shop secures communication by encrypting all data to and from the site. Studio 1800 uses appropriate security measures to protect the information you provide to us. While we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure, you accept that no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients, and you agree not to hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence.
About cookies
You can change your cookie settings by clicking on Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Cookies are pieces of information that a website can send to your computer’s browser to create statistics on activity on the website. The information cookies collect is anonymous to us, and we do not know who visits which pages. We use cookies to find out which web pages are visited and how often, in order to make our website more user-friendly and to give you a better experience when you return to the site; this is done through the use of Google Analytics. For example, cookies allow us to save your password so that you do not have to enter it every time you visit our website.
