Refund policy

Return Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return and cancellation period starting from the day your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return or cancellation, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unwashed, odour-free, clean, with all tags, seals, and labels intact, and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost back to Studio 1800. For orders with a delivery address within Sweden, this cost is 59 SEK, which is deducted from the refund amount.


Returns – Nylon Hosiery

For returns of knee-highs, the product must remain in its sealed, unopened packaging.

For returns of tights, they must remain in their sealed, unopened packaging with the seal intact. The seal is the black sticker with the white 1800 logo.


Returns – Swimwear

For swimwear returns, the hygiene seal must be intact and clearly show that the garment is unused.
The hygiene seal on swimwear with a crotch is the white adhesive label with the 1800 logo placed in and around the crotch area.
The hygiene seal on swimwear without a crotch is the white adhesive label with the 1800 logo placed on the inside of the garment.


Custom-Made Garments – Products That Cannot Be Returned

Some of our products are only made after you place your order. For certain models, you can also choose your own measurements, colors, or other details.

When a garment is produced according to your personal choices, it is considered a custom order. These products are made specifically for you and are therefore not eligible for cancellation, withdrawal, or return.

This is in accordance with consumer distance selling regulations, where the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized items.

We therefore ask you to carefully review your selected measurements, colors, and other options before completing your order.

If you are unsure about size or measurements, you are always welcome to contact us before placing your order.

We are unfortunately unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Returns from Addresses Within Sweden

To start a return, please contact us at contact@studio1800.se
If your return is approved, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
For return shipping within Sweden, a cost of 59 SEK applies and will be deducted from your refund.
Returns sent to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Please send the item(s) back as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than 14 days after emailing us about the return.


Returns from Addresses Outside Sweden

To start a return, please contact us at contact@studio1800.se
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on where to send the package.
Customers outside Sweden are responsible for arranging, paying for, and carrying out the shipping of the return back to Studio 1800.
Please send the item(s) back as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than 14 days after emailing us about the return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is wrong—if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.


Exchanges

The quickest and most efficient way to make an exchange is to return the item you have and place a new order for the item you want instead.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method the same business day.
Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund, so the funds may take a few days to appear in your account.
