I had this picture in my instagram stories recently, and got questions about what tea it was, so here's some info: It's an herbal tea that tastes like something unexpected and fun, a bit like an exciting journey of discovery. (It doesn't taste like you imagine tea should taste.) It's cinnamon, cardamom, licorice root and ginger in it, such a fun mix!🤩
I like to drink this tea when I have something to do that I don't really know what it is, or how it will develop, when I kind of want to have access to all the possible potential solutions that my head can come up with. When I kind of need to boost my "think outside the box" attitude, I like to drink tea that is a little crazy, inventive, and fun all at the same time. So that the challenge you're about to take on becomes an exciting journey, and not something you have to go through reluctantly.
This tea is caffeine-free, which suits me because I stopped drinking coffee 1.5 years ago, and it has been great for my body and my mood. Coffee made my mood go up and down in relation to my coffee intake, so I was super excited when I had just drunk coffee, and then kind of tired and had low patience when my body lacked coffee. What has been great for me about not drinking coffee is that my mood doesn't go up and down just because of the coffee supply, and perhaps the biggest gain is that I have regained the patience I had before I started drinking coffee, it's so nice 🥰 and fun 🤩
There is a whole world of caffeine-free teas to discover, lots of fun flavors and colors. 🤓 I was in Malmö last year and saw a really nice old-fashioned tea shop there, I was so happy because they had lots of different herbal teas, so I bought a few different ones, and then when they ran out I ordered a refill via their website. But then I saw that they had a shop in Gamla Stan (in Sthlm) too, so I went there and bought some of the same teas as before, and tried some new ones too. Nice that there was a shop close by! :)
